Prepare your
recording

Video or voice note, up to 5 minutes

Already have a suitable recording? You can use it. The prompts below are optional.

  1. Recording something new?

    • Introduce yourself briefly.
    • Tell one short, real story.
    • Explain an idea you care about as if you were talking to one person.

    One natural take is enough. Use your phone; you don’t need a script.

    For video, keep your face visible and sound clear. Voice notes receive feedback on voice and delivery only.

  2. Give Josh the context

    At the start or alongside your link, say where you want to use this, such as conversations, work, or camera, and one thing you’d like to improve.

  3. Paste your link at checkout

    Upload to a file or video host. Check that your link opens without an access request, then paste it into the submission field in your checkout tab.
